Job Description:
Acquisition/Managing the high net worth customers/Focusing on HNW client groups for bigger volumes & accelerate revenue generations. Generate trade Forex revenue through the quality sourcing of trade Forex special current account and also engage the customer by providing the service of CMS, Assets products, LC, BG etc. Enhancing & strengthening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customer. Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for the customers. Penetration of products across family groups with all kind of financials products. Sales of different product segments e.g. TPP, Assets, Insurance, Cards, and Mutual Fund along with investment portfolio creation, etc. Ensuring that individual customers are grouped and Customer to Group (CTG) Ratio is maintained on the portfolio. Develops new and expands existing high net worth customer relationship for current account, business banking assets and investment. Resolving customer complaints effectively
